Testimonial from this client:
“My wife and I first met David Cook at his booth at the 2013 Fall Home and Garden show held at the Concord Pavilion. We invited him and two other contractors to make a bid on our full kitchen remodel. All three contractors made a good presentation however we really liked David’s demeanor and comfortable style. He also presented numerous examples of his work which convinced us he knew what he was doing.
David’s schedule was fairly busy with upcoming jobs and he let us know that he would be able to start in early summer. This gave us the needed time to visit with his subcontractors for plumbing, flooring, appliances, and counter tops. David presented a detailed list of expected costs and answered all our questions regarding the prices involved.
David and his brother Chris started on time and finished on time and on budget. They were very helpful in explaining the process from demolition to final finishing. They took great effort in screening off other areas of the house to minimize the dust that can’t be avoided in a completed kitchen remodel. They cleaned up inside and out after every day to make the process as painless as possible. They always called to let us know if their intended arrival time was going to be different than the expected time. Chris did much of the demo and installation of cabinets, trim, and plumbing. He is also a joy to work with and is very easy going yet is a perfectionist and works at a very good pace to keep the job on time.
All jobs of this size will run into some unexpected challenges but Dave and Chris always explained the situation and were very accommodating in working with us to keep the job moving forward. We are very happy with the final product and heartily recommend Cook’s Kitchens and Bath, Inc. for your project.”
