“Dave is very detail-oriented and conscientious. He sticks to the agreed budget. If the homeowner starts to veer too much off of the original plan and budget, he calls it to your attention, which is very helpful because it's so easy to veer off and then wind up with a much larger bill at the end. He reins you in. And once you commit, if you have any change orders, he will sit down and discuss the change order. He will also have you sign it, so that there are no surprises at the end. We've recently had them come back again to do a bathroom remodel for us, and that turned out beautifully too.”
