Carpenter / Cabinet Installer wanted

Our fast growing, residential design / build company is in need of another team member. We are a small, well established firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a family oriented organization we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service combined with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Each member of our team makes every effort to serve our client’s needs and foster trust between our company and our clients in every stage of the construction process. As a part of our team you will be required to do the same.

A successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the home improvement industry and understand current building codes. You must be available for full time work with your own vehicle and tools suitable for kitchen and bath remodeling. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills, a willingness and talent to maintain a very high standard of craftsmanship and safety, as well as an extraordinary work ethic. You must be seeking long term employment and have a desire to grow and improve in your craft.

All applicants will be required to take a drug test and prove their skills in the field during an initial, paid, probationary work period. You must be dependable and enthusiastic as well as familiar with all phases of construction and read architectural plans. As our newest team member, you will be required to work closely with home owners, building inspectors, and maintain an organized schedule while working with other trade sub-contractors. A professional attitude is essential for joining our team. Knowledge and skill in other trades is a plus.
